Interesting genuine WWII US leather holster intended for the Colt M1911A1 pistol, .45 caliber. To be attached to the pistol belt. Issued to all services of the US military -- Army, Navy, Marines... Manufactured by Boyt and dated 1944. The flap of the present holster has been cut in wartime period. 

Good overall condition; complete with bent wire hook.

Pistol is not included.
